The Presidential Election Tribunals has adjourn its hearing to the new date below
Just few minutes ago, Information Drillers has gathered that the Presidential election tribunals has adjourned its sitting to Tuesday 11th June.
The reports shows that Mr. Peter Obi, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Vice Presidential Candidate was present at the hearing of the petition filed against the declaration of Pres. Muhammadu Buhari as the winner of the 2019 Presidential Elections.
Wole Olanipekun, while objecting the preliminary application filed by Pres. Buhari on his qualification said the application has been filed and served to all parties.
Another fantastic drama ensued after a counsel of the Hope Democratic Party (HDP) identified himself as Poland announced his presence.
The President the Tribunal, Mohammed Garba urged all parties involved to privately sort out issues of identification by the counsels privately due the objection of the other parties claiming not to know or ever related with Poland since the inception of the case.
Justice Garba made it known that, all preliminary applications pending before the court will be heard on Thursday, 13th June while he also adjourned the sitting to Tuesday, June 11.
