The supreme court judge, Justice Sysvester Ngwuta who failed faced corruption test has resumed work today the 23rd of September.
Barely after three years of a technical suspension, from the the Supreme Court, Justice Sylvester Ngwuta has been seen resuming his job.
The Judge was seen with other members of the supreme court on Monday, 23rd, at the special court session marking the commencement of the new 2019/2020 legal year of the apex court.
He was seen sitting as the third most senior judge, right behind the Chief Justice of the federation, Justice Tanko Muhammad, and the second most senior judge, Justice Bode Rhodes-Vivour.
The event will feature the swearing in of thirty-eight lawyers as Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SAN).
Information Drillers could recalled that in 2018, operatives of the Department State Security (DSS) raided home of judges which Justice Ngwuta was among.
The Justice was charged with corruption cases linked to the breach in asset declaration and money laundering but the cases were dismissed in the supreme court.
