Your health is your wealth,many people are still confuse about this saying, it meaning and how to apply it. I have diligently figure out what you should know about your health,
Why is health your wealth , what you need to keep it glowing and the reasons you should care and maintain it.
Here are some facts about your health I’d love to state categorically,
1. Why your health is your wealth :
A good health is a wealthy and intelligent soul, a good health is success, a good health is money, I’ve heard in most cases, students coming to me to say “I’m having a strong headache” what comes to me immediately is, this one over stressed his brain, denying himself rest, risking his health for books or perhaps improper treatment of the body. ,I advised them to relax, go to the nearest hospital or pharmacy for diagnosis, some bluntly ignored my advise because they just never want to miss a minute of his studies because of the upcoming exams. (now I leave it to you reading this, will such student really make a good grade)? Remember, “A stable mind is a reasonable head“.
As a worker, I’m pretty sure you’d never love to go to work with dyspepsia, headache or fever, because your hold moment will be a mess, when you’re healthy, your mind works smarter. This is one reason you should look into your health as important than any other thing because your health represents you and as such counts to that plan you’re aiming to make money.
What you need to keep your health glowing:
I know making mentioned of this many would be in the expectation of some organic matters, but I’m gonna redirect your mind to those things your health/body needs mostly to keep it glowing, perhaps most of you know these factors but never applied them, I will encourage you to apply always to stay sound.
Are you wondering what time has to do with your health? a lot, your body needs time for it to function effectively, your body needs time to rest, eat and sleep, if you deny your body this things at the right time, then a lot will go wrong in your health. Often times you return from work still disturbing your mind about the things you need to do next, my dear, no matter how you stress your body, you wont do it all the same time, so you need to stop the stress, plot out time to stay healthy while working, give yourself a break, eat your meals at the right time. Whenever it is time for lunch most especially, be rest assured that your body is already waiting for this time, do not occupy it with any other things, suspend that work at that time and go for that lunch, energy given food is advisable for lunch.
Rest is not only about sleep, you can be resting without sleeping, rest is totally relaxing your mind, this helps your nerves, brain and your heart to pulp blood at a normal pressure. Relax your mind,stop thinking about whats going to happen the next day when u’re meant to rest, if you’re the type that works day in day out, you also have to stop this,because this mostly is affecting your health. Stress kills, There are a number of ways chronic stress can kill you, These includes, increased levels of cortisol, often referred to as the stress hormone, Elevated cortisol levels interfere with learning and memory, lower immune function and bone density, and increase blood pressure, cholesterol and heart disease. you need rest to be able to work harder and get richer.
3.Relax Your Mind:
Taking care of what you can and letting go of the ones you can not helps the mind stay happy, “why worry when you can do something about that situation ” “why worry when you cannot do anything about that situation“? I once had a friend who worries everything, both the ones he can and can’t do, at the end, he succeeds in doing nothing. Relaxing your mind can help you achieve a lot with good health.
Dieting is very essential to your body and the six classes of food must be complete to stay healthy
Protein, Carbohydrates, Mineral, Fat, Vitamins and Water works together to give you an healthy and balanced body. consuming one and avoiding the other makes the body malfunction.
5. Clean Environment:
Living in a clean environment helps you stay healthy and wise, God values cleanliness of the body. that’s the same way our body values it, a clean environment has a happy healthy people living in it, keep your environment clean especially that home you wake up from everyday. try to keep your surroundings very clean.
Maintain a clean habit in whatever you do by so doing you’re working for your healthy body and that of the people around you.
The Reason You Should Care and Maintain Your Health,
- A healthy body is a wealthy body, that is the more reason you should care for it,
- It represents you: With good health, you can go to anywhere you want, feel free in what ever you do and with people around you
- It is the beginning of whatever you’re doing: Your health is what leads you, when you wake up in the morning with a sound, its definitely determines your day.
- It is your future: A strong and health man is a man lives to face tomorrow
- It determines you attitude with people: When you’re healthy you can easily be polite at people than when you’re sick.
Keeping practice of everything stated here in your daily activities, I bet you, you will see the change in your health and Bank account. Taking care of your health can assure you of that wealth you’ve been looking for.
