It is very alarming that coronavirus also known as Covid19 has fast affected so many States in Nigeria except one state.
The pandemic has not just affected the states but also stretched its virus to some state’s governors, although its hasn’t taken any of lives.
Coronavirus since its inception in Nigeria has contracted more than 13000 people in less than 6 months killing 365 persons including a senior cabinet member in Nigeria’s presidency.
Nigeria’s government has put in all efforts to fight coronavirus to its end but the virus keeps spreading all over the country affecting all the states except one state which has never registered a single case.
Which State in Nigeria Has No Coronavirus?
Coronavirus in Nigeria has affected almost all the states in Nigeria except one state which is Cross River State, her Capital city is Calabar.
Cross River State Governor, Prof. Ben Ayade has taken upon himself to defend the state and her citizens from coronavirus. He has restricted inter-state movements, and also imposed a strict curfew and the use of face mask, hand sanitizers hand gloves and social distance.
Mr Ayade is totally agaisnt coronavirus as he sees it as a non existence disease but must defend his state for prevention sake.
Its should be recalled that when Nigeria Center for Disease Control ( NCDC ) raised an alarm that there’s a case of coronavirus, the Governor, Mr Ayade,went to the victim’s home to confirm the case himself.
Upon arriving the victim’s home, he ordered the isolation of the victim’s household for possible test and confirmation, their blood samples were taken for test, the result turns out negative.
Prof. Ayeda has been seen on several occasions debunking the existence of coronavirus, thus granting easy movements to his people after months of no confirmed case.
The Governor has also accused his colleagues of lying and deceiving people just to benefit from the relieve materials and funds granted by World Bank and Federal Government to coronavirus confirmed states’ governors.
